Hello,

 

My name is Hannah Cundy and I am a Spatial Designer currently in Auckland, NZ.  I graduated from Massey University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Design with Honours, majoring in Spatial Design.  During these years I developed my knowledge and understandings of design through spatial inhabitation, communication through design, and photography.

 

Spatial Design intersects with the more traditional design fields of architecture, landscape design, interior design, urban design, and environmental design.  I chose to major in Spatial Design because I enjoyed the way it challenged my thinking around space, people and the relationship between the two.  It is a constant process of questioning, expanding and sometimes re-evaluating theories of space and architecture.

The ability to evoke an emotional response through atmospheric qualities is something I try to achieve across all design work.

I'm currently working for a renovation company in Auckland primarily designing bathrooms, kitchens and some entire house re-configurations.
